Eligibility & Qualifications
- Not more than 35 years of age.
- Successfully completed all necessary training and qualifications required to practice as a Medical Doctor.
- Proof of Registration to the Cameroon Medical Council.
- Strong commitment and alignment with the mission and values of the CBC Health Services.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or closely related field.
- Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), Epidemiology, or International Health is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of clinical and/or public health experience.
- At least 2 years implementing community-based health projects in remote, fragile, or humanitarian settings.
- Demonstrated experience working in Cameroon’s Far North is mandatory.
