Eligibility & Qualifications

• Not more than 35 years of age.
• Successfully completed all necessary training and qualifications required to practice as a Medical Doctor.
• Proof of Registration to the Cameroon Medical Council.
• Strong commitment and alignment with the mission and values of the CBC Health Services.

Application Requirements

• A hand-written application addressed to the Director of Health Services.
• A Current Curriculum Vitae.
• Current church recommendation (not older than one month).
• Photocopies of Birth Certificate, National Identity Card, relevant Academic Certificates.
• Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married).

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or closely related field.
• Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), Epidemiology, or International Health is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of clinical and/or public health experience.
• At least 2 years implementing community-based health projects in remote, fragile, or humanitarian settings.
• Demonstrated experience working in Cameroon’s Far North is mandatory.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Agri-Business, or Development Studies.
• A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• Certifications in value chain development or VSLA methodology are desirable.

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of field experience in agricultural recovery or livelihoods.
• Experience working in the Far North Region (border areas with Chad and Nigeria) is mandatory.
• Experience implementing Anticipatory Actions is highly desired.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in project financial management (NGO/UN projects preferred).
• Experience managing donor-funded projects and familiarity with compliance metrics is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Cameroonian Tax Laws and reporting in multiple currencies (XAF, USD, EUR).

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Peace/Conflict Studies, Social Sciences, or similar.
• Certifications in CSP, Hostile Environment Training (HET), or UNDSS security certification are highly desirable.
• Professional certifications in AAP are an advantage.

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years of progressive security management experience within insecure or conflict-affected regions.
• Familiarity with communications equipment (VHF/HF radios, sat-phones, tracking devices) is required.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Higher National Diploma (HND) with substantial relevant experience is also considered.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience (NGO or UN projects highly preferred).
• Experience handling travel logistics, filing indexes, asset registry systems, and office machines is required.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or related.
• Master’s Degree in Development Communication or relevant specialization is an advantage.

Required Experience & Tech Skills

• Minimum 4 years of communications or public relations experience within humanitarian contexts.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design software (Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, etc.).
• Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress) and managing strict donor visibility guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Project Management, Public Health, International Development, Social Sciences, or Peace Studies.
• A Bachelor's Degree with extensive relevant experience is also considered.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive coordinating experience across complex development programs.
• Proven record working with UN frameworks (ideally UNDP tracking systems, MEAL and logical frameworks).
• Demonstrated competence in coordination of inclusion-focused, stabilization, and peacebuilding projects.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of FSLC / CEP (or equivalent credential).
• Valid Cameroon Driver's License (Category D) is required.
• Defensive driving and basic mechanical training certificates are a strong asset.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience (at least 2 years with an NGO or UN agency).
• Proven capacity to manage 4x4 off-road maneuvers in the Far North (sandy roads, mud, and insecure regions).
• Good vision and capability to run minor vehicular diagnostic maintenance.
