Baptist Hospital Banyo

Overview

The Baptist Hospital Banyo (BHB) is the first hospital in the Adamawa Region of Cameroon. The hospital started in 1999 as an integrated health center, and in 2006, it was upgraded to a hospital. As at October 2022, BHB has over 50 bed capacity with over 80 medical personnel working 24/7 to meet the needs of the people of Adamawa region. BHB serves villages such as Bonhari, Kanyaka, Hore Taram, Boujunkura, Sambolabo, Ndipele, Mbah, Mbamtijumbare, Bamti Alareba, Bamti Katako, and many other towns and villages around Banyo. BHB offers the following outpatient and inpatient services:

Wouroum quarter, some 4 km from the Centre of Banyo town in the Mayo-Banyo Division of Adamawa Region.
