The Chaplaincy Department supports the spiritual well-being of staff and patients. Activities include: Bible studies, daily devotions at the hospital chapel, prayer sessions with staff, and bedside devotions for patients in the Outpatient Department (OPD), wards, and antenatal clinics.
The chaplains provide counseling for patients with terminal illnesses, end-of-life care, premarital counseling, and marital counseling. They also work closely with doctors to support clients with chronic and terminal conditions. Choirs and gospel groups are often invited to minister in the wards and chapel. The department ensures that spiritual values are integrated into all hospital programs and activities.
