Affectionately referred to as “Mbingo Annex Bonaberi” by the local population, the hospital is widely regarded as an Anglophone medical facility, serving as a vital healthcare hub, particularly for internally displaced persons from the Northwest and Southwest Regions of Cameroon.

BBHD offers 74 inpatient beds, including private ward services, ensuring quality care and comfort for its patients. The hospital is staffed by a dedicated team of 13 General Practitioners and 6 Specialist Doctors, including a Pediatrician, Cardiologist, and two Dentists, alongside 3 Screeners, Midwives, Nurses, and Medical Technicians specializing in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Laboratory, and Dental care. Operating 24/7, this highly skilled medical team is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Since its inception, BBHD has experienced significant growth. What began with 43 staff members has now expanded into a dynamic workforce of 264 professionals, all dedicated to providing comprehensive and holistic healthcare services. The hospital attends to an average of 250 clients per day, offering a broad spectrum of medical, paramedical, social, and technical services that contribute to patients’ overall well-being.
