Executive Management Committee members of the Regional Training Centre for Excellence RTC) Mutengene have discussed necessary strategies to be put in place in order to enhance the institution’s academic facilities and its human resources in a bid to boost student enrolment for the institution during the upcoming academic year come September 2019.
