RTC Mutengene

 CBC Health Services Regional Training Centre for excellence is a special institution for training of health personnel in Cameroon. Mildmay Uganda partners with CBC Health Services to run work based modular courses at the CBC Health Services Complex (HSC), Mutengene. Mildmay Uganda is a specialist Health Care and Training centre situated on Entebbe Road, at Lweza, South of Kampala, Uganda. It is accredited as an institution of higher learning by the Ugandan National Council for Higher Education.

Candidates do not need to resign from their work. Courses are offered in English and candidates should possess basic computer skills. The total fee for each of the courses is 1.3 million for 18 months and can be divided and paid according to each module, 200.000 FRS CFA after every 3 months. Once there are at least 30 candidates for at least two of the courses, classes start. 



  1. BSC (Hons) A Health systems Approach to Health and Social Care and Management validated by University of Manchester UK. This is a 36 months program with an exit point at Diploma in 18 months. (Diploma – 18 months, Degree – 36 months).
  2. Diploma in Medical Records – 2 Years (Modular)
  3. Diploma in Public Health – 2 Years (Modular)
  4. Diploma in Human Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics – 2 Years (Modular)
  5. Diploma in Counseling – 18 Months (Modular)
  6. Diploma in Pediatric Palliative Care (12 months modular validated by Mildmay Uganda).


The CBC Health Services Regional Training Centre (RTC) for Excellence is located at the CBC Health Services Complex premises in Mutengene, South West Region of Cameroon. It is at Dibanda hill along the Mutengene Buea road.
